Body Back® 8 Week Transformation

What is Body Back®?

Body Back® is an results-based program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home supplemental workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention- our sessions are taught by nationally certified fitness instructors. The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Women all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible- mind, body, and soul!

When does the 8 week session start?

Our Spring Session is currently in action. Please check back soon for our Summer dates!

Workouts will be held on Tuesdays at 7:30 PM and Saturdays at 7:30 AM at Fleet Feet Huntersville.

Pricing

$279 for first time clients.

$239 for returning Body Back clients.

"Because of Stroller Strides and Body Back I look forward to working out. I started Stroller Strides when my son was just seven weeks old.
