Body Back® is an results-based program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home supplemental workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention- our sessions are taught by nationally certified fitness instructors. The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Women all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible- mind, body, and soul!

Our 8-Week Spring Session will meet:
Tuesdays @ 7:30pm
Saturdays @ 7:30am
Class location @ Fleet Feet Huntersville
Session will run from 4/1/17 - 5/23/17

Clients can expect to see amazing transformations if they take advantage of all the program has to offer. You will work with your coach and classmates to help shed pounds, build muscle and fix the areas that have been adversely affected by pregnancy and child bearing. The program has been clinically proven in a University research study to help moms lose weight and inches. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible. Using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), focusing on a combination of cardio, strength and core work, Body Back workouts are designed to help women focus on the areas they need to strengthen, especially after childbirth (no matter how long ago that was).

Stop making excuses, and instead make a commitment to this program and to YOURSELF. As moms, we do everything for everyone else, but when do we do something for us?!

Please note: this program is not suitable for expecting moms. Body Back classes are held at a higher intensity and pace than Stroller Strides. Classes will ALWAYS be limited to a small group of moms so that you can receive a more individual and personal experience. Program tuition is non-refundable since we are holding your spot.
