  • What is it? It is an 8 week long course challenging MOMS to grow. Moms can attend as many workouts as they want each week (the schedule is posted below). Each workout is designed to meet each woman where they are physically. They will be challenging but we can PROMISE big improvements over the 8 week period. At the beginning of each session we will take before pictures (don't worry these are NOT for social media). At the end of the session we are able to share the before and after pictures with the clients! We also show you how much you have improved physically! **THIS IS OUR FAVORITE PART- You will be floored with your progress**. We also incorporate for nutrition! We are all about WHOLE FOODS and moderation! If you are looking to purchase expensive protein powders and shakes...this is NOT for you! We want you to eat foods that nourish your body....and also meals that can feed your whole family!
  • WHEN IS IT? Moms can attend as many workouts as they want in a week! - We will move indoors as soon as the STATE OF NC is in PHASE III
