Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

What is Stroller Barre®?

  • A 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility.
  • The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out!

When and where do you offer Stroller Barre®?

  • We offer Stroller Barre on Fridays between 10am-11am (beginning 8/31)
  • We will hold class rain or shine at Duke Energy Explorium just off hwy 73 in Huntersville
  • This location is GOREGOUS as it looks over beautiful Lake Norman

How much does Stroller Barre® Cost?

  • Stroller Barre is included in our monthly Stroller Strides membership and in our 10 class pass membership
  • If you are not a monthly member, you may purchase a monthly Stroller Barre® class, for $25 a month. This includes one Stroller Barre® once a week

What if my child is fussy in the stroller?

No need to worry

  • First of all we are all moms, and this is a judgement free zone! Our instructors weave songs, blow bubbles, and play games to keep the kids engaged.

Your children are our priority at Stroller Strides,

  • Don't worry if yours is fussy. The classes are structured so that moms can make babies (or children) happy without missing out on the workout. We have all been there!


What if it rains?

  • We hold class rain or shine, there is plenty of room under the gaezbo for our mamas to still get a good sweat in regardless of the weather!

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies.

  • A full body workout, including cardio, muscle building resistance work, and we end every class with core excercises and stretching.

Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post natal woman

  • it is a great workout for
  • ANY level
  • of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby.

We offer classes six days a week, Monday through Saturday.

Run Club is for all levels, whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas. Our run program allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms.

This 10 Week Program Training Program includes:

  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal!
  • Twice weekly coached training runs with additional run/week completed on your own (attending both group runs is strongly encouraged, but you may still participate if you can only attend one group run per week)
  • Weekly motivational & educational materials from your coach!
  • Private Facebook page for women to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
  • FUN and UNIQUE opportunities to connect with your fellow Run Club Sisters while training to keep you accountable and engaged throughout the session!
When do we meet?
  • Wednesday nights 7:30 PM Fleet Feet Sports Birkdale Village
  • Friday mornings 5:30 AM Starbucks Birkdale Village

Fit4MOM RunClub- 5k Training and Half Marathon Training

Wednesday Nights at 7:30pm, we meet will meet at Fleet Feet Huntersville in Birkdale Village
  • Our 10 week program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert.
  • You'll learn about running fundamentals including injury prevention, pace, form, gear, and more!
  • Strollers are welcome for training runs, but may not be permitted during your race.

Our Training Program includes:

  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal!
  • Coached training runs with additional run/week completed on your own (attending both group runs is strongly encouraged, but you may still participate if you can only attend one group run per week)
  • Weekly motivational & educational materials from your coach!
  • Private Facebook page for women to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
