What is Body Back®?

Body Back® is an results-based program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home supplemental workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements.

As a Body Back client, you can expect ...personalized one on one attention- our sessions are taught by nationally certified fitness instructors. The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Women all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible- mind, body, and soul!

What Does the Body Back 8 Week Transformation Include?

  • - 2 High Intensity Interval Training Workouts per week for 8 weeks
  • - Small class sizes
  • - Private group discussion board
  • - Nutritional support, food journals, easy recipes, streaming workout videos and accountability!
  • - Before & After assessments, photos and measurements
  • BodyBack clients are also allowed to attend one RunClub meetup a week included in their 8 week membership

When are the additional times for BodyBack?

  • Mondays 5:30 AM and Thursdays 5:30 AM


  • Mondays 8:00PM and Saturdays 7:30 AM
  • PICK AND CHOOSE which times work out for you!

    These times are designed to work for moms whether you are a mom dealing with bedtime routines, or a mom juggling a busy work schedule or a mom that wants to maximize her family time while still getting in a great workout!

"Because of Stroller Strides and Body Back I look forward to working out. I started Stroller Strides when my son was just seven weeks old. The thing I love about Stroller Strides is you do the workouts at your own level and there are different versions of the work out depending on where you are with your fitness and strength.
