Run Club 5K & Half Marathon Training


Fit4MOM RunClub- 5k Training and Half Marathon Training

  • Our 10 week program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert.
  • You'll learn about running fundamentals including injury prevention, pace, form, gear, and more!
  • Strollers are welcome for training runs, but may not be permitted during your race.

Our Training Program includes:

  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal!
  • Twice weekly coached training runs with additional run/week completed on your own (attending both group runs is strongly encouraged, but you may still participate if you can only attend one group run per week)
  • Weekly motivational & educational materials from your coach!
  • Private Facebook page for women to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
  • FUN and UNIQUE opportunities to connect with your fellow Run Club Sisters while training to keep you accountable and engaged throughout the session!

When, Where, and How much?


  • This is an 10 week program beginning on October 3rd at Fleet Feet in Birkdale Village
  • Our 5k Program will meet twice a week, Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm by Fleet Feet Sports in Birkdale Village and Friday mornings at 5:30am by Starbucks in Birkdale village
  • This program runs from October 3rd - December 14th


  • We will meet at Fleet Feet Huntersville in Birkdale Village on Wednesday nights and by the Starbuck in Birkdale Village on Friday mornings


  • $129 which indcludes a running coach, training twice a week, and a goal setting program


I am not a runner, how will I work up to running a race?

  • Our trained RunClub Coaches will create a custom run plan for each individual during their training period. If the runner is a beginner, we will create a walking to running interval.

I have always want to train for a race, but I am nervous about running.

  • There is no need to be nervous, we train with all different fitness levels. Fit4Mom is all about positivity and setting every woman up for sucess. This is not a compeititive enviorment it is an uplifting one!

I have a race in mind, can I train for that one?

  • No matter the race, our Run Club coaches will help strengthen your running abilities. We will discuss proper form, gait, breathing as well as techniques that allow you to go the distance!

Meet our Run Coach, Megan

Megan is a wonderful addition to our RunClub program. Not only is she a gazelle like runner, Megan is kind and supportive. She is on your side to cheer you on during your training, and right across the finish line.
