I am not a runner, how will I work up to running a race?
- Our trained RunClub Coaches will create a custom run plan for each individual during their training period. If the runner is a beginner, we will create a walking to running interval.
I have always want to train for a race, but I am nervous about running.
- There is no need to be nervous, we train with all different fitness levels. Fit4Mom is all about positivity and setting every woman up for sucess. This is not a compeititive enviorment it is an uplifting one!
I have a race in mind, can I train for that one?
- No matter the race, our Run Club coaches will help strengthen your running abilities. We will discuss proper form, gait, breathing as well as techniques that allow you to go the distance!
