Meet The Instructor
Hi mamas! I'm Lauren - pelvic floor physical therapist, mom of 2 kiddos, and now a proud Fit4Mom instructor. I'm passionate about helping pregnant and postpartum moms stay active, confident, and connected. After navigating my own pregnancy and postpartum challenges I know firsthand how powerful movement and community can be. I love creating a space where moms can feel strong, supported, and reminded that they are not alone in all stages of motherhood. I look forward to being a part of your Fit4Mom journey!
What is Fit4Baby?
FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
