Hey Mama’s! My name is Emily and I’ve been a part of fit4mom for a year and a half now! It’s been an amazing community for me and my almost three year old daughter Maggie Joy. We’ve both met the best of friends through fit4mom. I’m playgroup captain which means I organize and create stay and plays after class for your littles. I have a background in special education so I use lots of hands on activities, sensory bins, and all the developmentally appropriate fun things for your little one no matter the age!
