Hello! I am the franchise owner of Fit4Mom Lake Norman and I have a deep passion for how much it has changed my life. I am originally from Long Island NY and now live in the Lake Norman area with my two kids ( Kinsley & Brody + One on the way :) ) and my wonderful husband Erik. I attribute Fit4Mom for making such meaningful friendships with other new moms within the community and helping me bounce back from my pregnancy after my son.

Fit4Mom truly means so much to me and I am so blessed to have stumbled across it when I needed it the most. I love meeting all the amazing mamas in this area and can’t wait to watch Fit4Mom change your lives like it has changed mine.
