Hey Mama, My name is Michelle and I’ve been a Stroller Barre Instructor since 2019. I love that you can feel the burn just from a little tuck and squeeze. Born in SC, grew up in Portland, OR and followed my love back to the south. Aside from that I have one daughter; Khloe (3.5) and married to a vacuum sales rep! That’s a running joke between the husband and I since he does work for an Industrial Vac company. I’m just an ex-gymnast turn Mom who fell in love with Barre...I love helping each and every Mom find their “why”. Being a SAHM wasn’t what I planned but neither was Khloe! Fit4Mom save me and has not only given me a community, but life long best friends. Not to mention you get to workout and socialize with your besties 6 days a week.
