After growing up in Winston Salem, NC I met my wonderful husband in Charlotte and we had our first baby in June 2019. A few months later I was a very lonely stay at home mom, so I decided to join Fit4Mom in hopes of getting back in shape while meeting new people in the area. Little did I know that I was actually joining this amazing community of moms who would become some of my closest friends. I am now the proud mom of two kids, Grayson and Lyla, who love attending classes as much as I do. I am extremely grateful to be an instructor so I can help other moms get a workout in, while also ensuring they feel welcomed into this community and create lifelong friendships!
